AI results vary. Most generations look great, but results depend on your training photos and the specific style. Better input photos = better results. Some styles may work better for certain faces than others. If a generation doesn't meet your expectations, try a different style or consider retraining with higher-quality photos.

Yes. Training photos are automatically deleted once your model is successfully created. Only your generated portraits and trained model are kept.

Yes! Train different models with different photo sets. Each training uses your model allowance or costs credits (Express: 20, Studio: 30).

Avatune uses two types of credits: • General Credits: Each generates 1 portrait, OR can be used for model training (20 for Express, 30 for Studio) • Model Credits: Express credits and Studio credits are pre-allocated for training only, but work exactly like using 20 or 30 general credits Think of model credits as "training tokens" that save your general credits for portrait generation. If you run out of model credits, you can still train using general credits instead.

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no expiration: • Spark ($9): 100 credits + 1 Express model • Flare ($19): 250 credits + 1 Express + 1 Studio model • Nova ($29): 500 credits + 2 Express + 2 Studio models Use general credits for portrait generation (1 credit each) or model training (20 for Express, 30 for Studio). No subscriptions, no monthly fees.

No! Credits never expire. Pay once and use them whenever you want, forever.

There are no subscriptions – we only offer one-time credit packs. You buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.

Common causes: photos too blurry, heavily filtered, poor lighting, or faces not clearly visible. Try uploading clearer photos with natural lighting. Failed trainings don't cost credits.

Upload more varied photos from different angles with consistent lighting. Avoid sunglasses, heavy makeup, or extreme expressions. Consider Studio training for better likeness.

Upload: JPG, PNG, WebP. Generated portraits are high-quality JPGs in 4K resolution, perfect for social media, professional use, or printing.

Absolutely. Delete generated portraits and trained models anytime in account settings. Training photos are automatically deleted after model creation anyway.
