Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Training AI models and generating portraits consume credits. Free accounts receive introductory credits as outlined in your account dashboard.
Additional credits can be purchased through one-time credit packs. Credits never expire. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.
Your Privacy Matters: Your uploaded photos and generated portraits are private to your account. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal content to third parties.
Data Processing: We process your photos solely to train your personalized AI model and generate your portraits. Training photos are automatically deleted after your model is created. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for portrait generation.
Generated Portraits: You own the portrait images generated from your photos. You may use them for personal purposes, social media, professional profiles, and presentations.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted Service availability. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by Service interruptions.
AI-Generated Content: Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate portrait images. AI technology is inherently variable, and results may differ between generations even with identical inputs.
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that generated portraits will meet your specific expectations for likeness, quality, or artistic style. Results depend on many factors including the quality, variety, and clarity of your training photos.
Training Photo Quality: The quality of your AI model directly correlates with the quality of photos you provide. Poor lighting, blurry images, filters, obstructions (sunglasses, hats), or limited angle variety will likely result in lower-quality outputs. You are responsible for providing suitable training photos.
Credit Consumption: Once a training job or generation completes successfully, credits are consumed regardless of your subjective satisfaction with the results. Failed trainings do not consume credits.
Continuous Improvement: We regularly refine our prompts and AI parameters, but cannot guarantee that all styles will produce ideal results for all users.
Avatune provides the Service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Self-Service Data Deletion: You can delete all your personal content directly from your dashboard without contacting support. Use the Settings page to clear your gallery and delete your trained models. This removes all your photos, portraits, and AI models from our system immediately.
Account Record Retention: Your account record (email address and billing history) is retained to prevent abuse of our free tier and comply with financial regulations. This ensures fair access to free credits for all users.
Full Account Deletion (GDPR/CCPA): If you are an EU or California resident and wish to completely remove your account, contact support@avatune.ai. We will delete your personal data and anonymize your email within 30 days, retaining only legally required billing records.
Service Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
